1) Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how myEventic (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you browse our website, create an account, purchase tickets, use our mobile apps, or interact with event organizers via our platform. The data controller is myEventic.com, located at Avenue des Gloires Nationales 85/9 Ganshoren. Contact: [privacy@myeventic.com].

2) Scope and roles

myEventic provides an online platform that enables event organizers to list events and sell tickets to attendees. Depending on the context, myEventic may act as:

  • Controller: for platform operations (account management, payments routing, security, analytics, marketing where applicable).
